Laurie helps support The New Southern Garden Cookbook!

Laurie really enjoyed her evening at The Fountainhead Bookstore on Tuesday, June 12th!! Sheri Castle, another known chef/author, was one of the many guests which made the evening even more special. Check out the beautiful presentation of the Smoked Trout Salad in Cucumber Cups (below), a recipe from Sheri’s new publication “The New Southern Garden Cookbook”. This dish was prepared by Laurie and some of the other cookbook club members in support of their fellow chef/author. And, to top it off  – they even got to sample them!
